Head of School Message Quarter 3, Week 10

Dear parents, As we come to the end of Quarter 3, I would like to extend a sincere thank you to our entire MZS community—students, staff, and parents—for a fantastic term. There has been so much to celebrate, and we can be proud of the learning, growth, and experiences our students have engaged in over the past weeks. I wish everyone a safe and restful holiday. We look forward to welcoming you all back, refreshed and ready for our final quarter of the school year. Quarter 4 will be another exciting and busy time, with a number of events already planned, including Gymnastics, Earth Week, and Kartini Day. Further information regarding these events has been shared, and we encourage families to stay connected. Please also note our upcoming PTA Meeting on Wednesday, 22 April, which is open to both teachers and parents. This is an important opportunity to continue strengthening our school–community partnership. We look forward to seeing everyone back for a strong and successful final quarter. Students will be sharing their research projects on April 1st. More information coming soon! KK Sports Camp is happening next week, and students are already excited! It will be a great opportunity for collaboration with YPJ and local clubs, with activities such as soccer clinics, swim meets, and more. Looking forward to an active and engaging experience for all involved! Today we celebrated the International Week of Multilingualism, a vibrant, schoolwide celebration of languages and cultures. Students explored linguistic diversity and deepened their appreciation for the many languages spoken in our community. The week culminated in a joyful flag parade, community dance, and international potluck. A big thank you to Miss Lisa, Mr. Greg, and Ibu Susan for their thoughtful coordination, to our amazing moms for sharing their cultures through delicious dishes, and to the PTA for sponsoring the food.
